TBOY30 is absolutely right it is low impact exercise pure and simple. A type of water therapy, much as we would swim for exercise.

It's water therapy/exercise. It's good for bad legs e.g strained muscles.

Yup, its a common therapy on the bigger farms here. I think it would be funny to see the different funny titles we can give it.

This is a cool pic. We have another one some where on a disk. It is another "sea horse" i will try and find it. I hope this picture moves on the site.
