LIFE IN A ONE HORSE TOWN??

    Life in a
    One-Horse Town

Do you live in a horse-friendly area?

All my neighbors have horses or livestock

It's a comfortable mix of rural and suburban

I'm one of only a few horse owners in the neighborhood

The area's gone residential and my farm doesn't fit in

I don't have horses on my property

Well, for I guess the best description would be
"I'm one of only a few horse owners in the neighborhood".

LIFE IN A ONE HORSE TOWN??

I bought my house because the real estate lady showing me around got lost and went one block too far...and there was a horse farm on that block. I would have never know if she hadn't overshot the turn. 50+ acres boarding, lessons, everything type place. The real estate lady took me around the block and showed me the house and I bought it that day. It's a two-minute walk from my back door, through the woods (on a horse trail friends and I cut!) to the farm that has been home to my horses for 13 years now. Tere are places to ride in the rural/suburban neighborhood, but we're also five to 15 minutes trailer driving tome to three of the best areas for trail riding in Upstate South Carolina. How lucky can a girl (and her horses) get???

I live close to town, across the road from a race course, lease 5 acres up the road for my horses, I have views from my house of the local pony club where the children keep their ponies and have bush, river and farm land that have horse trails near by. So I think I live in a horsey place!!!!
