Yes, Luvmy2horses, you're lucky indeed.
Or you just make the right choices...
my friend found my farm we were in new jersy and couldnt come to virginia cause its a 8 hour ride and i sold my hunter jumper farm and was desperate to move,my friend new this lady who was also desperate to move.so i made the trip and at the time it was the only game in town so we had to get.we have fixed it all up and its really nice here.but im thinking of selling now..its time to let a younger person in.lol...

I live close to town, across the road from a race course, lease 5 acres up the road for my horses, I have views from my house of the local pony club where the children keep their ponies and have bush, river and farm land that have horse trails near by. So I think I live in a horsey place!!!!
Ha, Whinny they talk about how it feels like if a child leaves the house (empty house syndrom), but then comes phase 2: the parents leaving the way of life they've became accustomed to as well..
on the other hand: you wouldn't have to give up on it completely, with some luck you'll be able to find conditions wherein you can just enjoy the horses without doing the hard work![]()
YEA YOUR RITE IV BEEN LOOKING AT SMALLER PLACES BUT IF I STOP THE MUCKING AND LIFTING IM AFRAID RIGAMORTIOUS WILL SET IN LOL ON THE OTHER HAND IF I COULD JUST GET SOME ONE TO DO THE FARM ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK IT WOULD BE NICE.OR IF I COULD GET AWAY FOR A WHILE..THIS 24 7 ALL THE TIME NO BREAK REALLY GETS TO YA AFTER AWHILE.AND WHEN YOU LOOSE YOUR OLD FRIENDS IT DOESENT GET ANY EASER EITHER...I CANT EVER REMEMBER NOT DOING THE WORK MYSELF..WHAT IS IT LIKE KEEPING YOUR HORSES SOME WERE ELSE LOL aNN

Whinny, you gotta get yourself an au-pair :P Instead of looking after children - shel'll be helping out by looking after the farm and horses, so you can get yourself a nice long weekend once in a while. {Communicate-0002011B}
yes yes BUT i also have a house full of doxies as i breed them 20 dogs and 14 cats 14 assorted birds all live with me .my day starts at 4 am and ends at 8 pm.it would cost me a mint to pay some one to do it all.these are my babys and i feel that i should be the one who cares for them.after being at the super market for a few hours i start to panic to get back home lol..i tell my family in nj dont any one ever die cause i cant come lol but a nice long weekend wow. what would i do.???cant imagin??hmmm i know!!worry about my animals lol.....
